New Advanced Notification Engine (Beta): Completely re-engineered our backend alert dispatch system. All users can now configure a local timezone and set a default morning delivery hour on their profile settings. Premium users can now set custom delivery hours and custom day offsets on a per-series basis, successfully solving the "offset problem" for delayed streaming releases and international regional broadcast delays. Included a separate Special Episodes (Season 0) toggle with smart UI selection logic.
Concierge TV Time Importer: Launched a secure migration pathway for TV Time refugees following the July shutdown. Users can upload their saved GDPR ZIP archives directly on our new Import Page to have their watchlist and watched history manually parsed and restored.
Free iCal & RSS Feeds: Shifted our personal calendar (iCal) and RSS news feed integrations to the Free Tier. Feeds are now 100% free to use for any shows currently saved within your account's favorites limit.
Account Limit Adjustments: Adjusted the free tier watchlist threshold to a maximum of 10 favorite series to keep the platform's infrastructure sustainable and fund dedicated, full-time independent development.
Spring Boot 4.1 Framework Upgrade: Upgraded the entire underlying platform framework from Spring Boot 3.5 to 4.1. This major technical migration involved completely modernizing, refactoring, and updating our entire automated integration test suite.
Gemini SDK & Metadata Validation: Successfully integrated a custom Gemini SDK. Logged over 300,000 successful API calls to date, utilizing semantic AI queries to enrich series metadata, research cast listings, and validate network details.
UX Decluttering & Code Cleanup: Removed the unused Personal JSON API feed and deprecated the legacy Personal Notes feature to simplify database schemas. Removed rarely used tools (like the manual CSV backup) from the global navigation menu to keep the dashboard UI clean and fast.
