Advanced Watching Stats

Inspired by the detailed viewing analytics on platforms like Trakt, I built our Advanced Stats engine to give you some cool visual insights into your TV-watching patterns. The more episodes you mark as watched, the more detailed these charts and tables become.

Please note that accessing this dashboard requires an active Premium Subscription.

Filtering by Custom Years

By default, your Advanced Stats dashboard displays your entire logged viewing history—from the year of your earliest favorite up to today. However, you can adjust the start and end years of the report to see how your habits have changed over time.

To get the most out of these charts, I recommend adding the shows you remember enjoying and marking them as watched. If you don't remember exactly which episodes you watched of an older show, you can simply use our bulk toggles on the series details page to mark the entire series watched. It is pretty fun to see how the graphs shift as you isolate different decades, like comparing your viewing habits in the 2000s versus the 2010s or 2020s.

Time Spent Watching

Our watch-time calculator compiles the runtime minutes of every episode you have marked as watched within your selected timeframe. The system translates these raw minutes into a clear breakdown of total days (measured as full 24-hour periods), hours, and minutes. It can provide some interesting insights to see how your watch hours shifted in years like 2020.

Top Watched Networks

Our Top 5 Watched Networks table aggregates your watch hours based on the network or streaming service that distributed each show. This can be a helpful reference to see which streaming platforms actually get the most of your screen time, helping you make decisions on which subscriptions you are actively using each month.

Charts

Your Advanced Stats page generates four dynamically populated charts tailored to your selected date range:

  • Favorite Networks: Displays the total number of favorited shows you have saved from each network or streaming service.
    Favorite Networks Chart

  • Networks Watched: Breaks down the actual hours of watch time you have logged on each streaming service or cable channel.
