Frequently Asked Questions

TF1 and Amazon Prime Video have officially confirmed the renewal of the series following its record-breaking viewership numbers. The production team is currently working on the second installment to continue the heist-driven narrative of the Chamade sisters.

As of August 2026, the series has completed principal photography in Paris and has moved into the intensive post-production phase. This stage involves significant visual effects work to enhance the high-stakes action sequences and iconic city backdrops.

The extended timeline is due to the logistical complexity of filming in high-security Parisian landmarks like the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Furthermore, the high-budget nature of this co-production requires a longer pre-production period to ensure the scripts meet the standards of the original manga source material.

While no direct spin-offs have been greenlit, there are active discussions regarding a prequel series that would explore the backstory of the sisters' father, Michael Heinz. This potential project aims to bridge the gap between the original 1980s setting and the modern French adaptation.

Constance Labbe, Camille Lou, and Claire Romain are all set to return as Sylia, Tamara, and Alexia respectively. The chemistry between the lead trio was cited as a primary factor in the show's success, making their return a top priority for the network.

Current industry projections suggest a late 2026 or early 2027 premiere date depending on the speed of the VFX pipeline. TF1 typically reserves its prestige tentpole slots for the autumn broadcast window to maximize audience reach.
