The Industry Oracle - Prestige Tentpole
Oracle Status: Renewed for Season 2
Neil Forsyth's nerve-shredding undercover saga emerged as one of the definitive British crime sensations following its explosive debut on Netflix. Grounded in the astonishing real-world dossiers of 1990s HM Customs operatives, the drama struck a potent chord by trading slick spy glamor for blue-collar grit, powered by gripping turns from Steve Coogan and Tom Burke. Viewers responded in droves to ordinary civil servants navigating the razor-thin margin between duty and lethal underworld compromise.
Following widespread critical acclaim and breakout international ratings, Netflix officially renewed Legends for a second installment, confirming that the covert unit will plunge into late-nineties cartel networks. Production is slated to begin across the UK in 2027.
