TOUGEN ANKI

Series Deep Dive:

Tougen Anki flips the script on Japanese folklore, casting the legendary Momotaro as ruthless exterminators and the Oni as the hunted. Shiki Ichinose is thrust into this blood-feud, forced to master Ketsuga—the art of weaponizing one's own blood—to survive a society that wants him erased. The series delivers high-octane battles where modern firearms clash with supernatural abilities. While the anime is currently in a period of hiatus, the silence only amplifies the tension before the next skirmish. The war is far from over. To keep your guard up when the truce breaks, setting a reminder for the return is the only way to stay combat-ready.
