Series Deep Dive:
Presented through frantic found-footage cinematography, Dealer strips the crime thriller down to its bare, nerve-shredding essentials. Co-directors Ange Basterga and Nicolas Lopez chronicle a music video director caught inside southern France's lethal narcotics trade. Across ten razor-sharp episodes, Dealer maintains suffocating tension and unsparing realism. It stands out as an unapologetic, breakneck portrait of survival that offers no easy exits for its imperiled characters.
