Series Analysis:
Based on the popular manga, this Japanese romantic comedy follows Kota Fukuhara, a college student plagued by extreme and constant bad luck. His life is a series of unfortunate events until he discovers Naoya Shinomiya, a classmate with supernatural good luck. Kota realizes that by staying physically close to Naoya, his own bad luck is canceled out. Desperate for a normal life, Kota decides the only way to stick by Naoya’s side is to pretend to be in love with him. To his surprise, the popular Naoya agrees to be his boyfriend.
