Lucky!

Lucky! is a standalone Documentary Series designed as a completed, finite historical narrative. The production serves as an expansive biographical study of Bernie Ecclestone and his transformative impact on the world of Formula 1 racing. Directed by Manish Pandey, the series employs a vast library of archival footage alongside intimate, direct-to-camera interviews with Ecclestone himself to chart the sport's evolution from its dangerous early years to a multi-billion dollar global enterprise.

The eight-part series was conceived as a definitive historical record rather than a recurring program, focusing on a specific timeline that concludes with Ecclestone's exit from the sport. By centering the narrative on a single figure's life story and his professional legacy, the creators ensured the project remained a closed-ended documentary event. The production was completed upon the release of its final episode, fulfilling its mission to document a finished era of sporting history.
