Production Note - Limited Series

Production Type: Limited Series

The Couple Next Door is a standalone Limited Series designed as a completed, finite historical narrative. This production was conceived as a high-stakes psychological thriller that explores the claustrophobic tensions of suburban life through a specific six-episode arc. Developed as a collaboration between Channel 4 and Starz, the series focuses on the intersecting lives of two couples, providing a definitive resolution to the central mystery of obsession and betrayal.

The decision to structure the project as a finite series allowed the creative team to adapt the source material with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
