Medalist

Medalist has maintained a steady Annual rhythm for 1 years, typically returning in January. As a newly adapted anime series following its successful manga serialization, the production has established its initial foothold within the competitive Winter broadcast window. This timing allows the series to capitalize on the high viewership numbers associated with the start of the Japanese television year while aligning with major sporting event cycles.

The show serves as a cornerstone for its production committee, representing a significant investment in the sports drama genre. By securing a premier timeslot on major networks, the series has demonstrated a commitment to high production values and consistent scheduling. This historical trajectory suggests a long-term strategy to maintain a regular presence in the seasonal anime rotation for years to come.
