Series Analysis:
Based on the manga of the same name, the 2024 TV Tokyo series *Stardust Telepath* follows Umika Konohoshi, a high school girl so shy she feels like an alien on Earth. She struggles with extreme social anxiety and has given up on making friends. Her lonely world is turned upside down when a new transfer student, Yuu Akeuchi, arrives and claims to be a real alien. Yuu has a special ability: she can read people's feelings by touching foreheads with them. Through this unique connection, Umika finally finds someone who understands her. Along with their friends, the girls form a club with the ambitious goal of building a rocket to send Yuu home.
