At Hakoniwa Academy, the new student council president, Medaka Kurokami, is practically perfect. To fulfill her promise of solving every student's problems, she installs the "Medaka Box," a suggestion box for any request. Alongside her friends in the student council, Medaka takes on every challenge, from simple chores to bizarre dilemmas. However, the requests soon escalate, pulling them into intense conflicts with other super-powered students known as "Abnormals."
