Series Analysis:
Emerging from the depths of the ocean, the determined Squid Girl arrives on the surface with a single goal: to conquer humanity as punishment for polluting her sea. Her invasion plan, however, is immediately derailed when she accidentally damages the Lemon Beach House, a seaside restaurant. To repay her debt, the tough-but-fair Aizawa siblings force her to work as a waitress. The comedy series, which first aired on TV Tokyo, chronicles her hilarious new life on land. While she never abandons her world-domination mission, her attempts are constantly foiled by her own naivete and the strange customs of the surface world.
