In the year 2061, Japan is no longer a sovereign nation. It has been conquered and divided by four major global economic blocs, leaving its people oppressed. The story follows Amou Shiiba, a quiet high school student with a hidden talent for mechanics. His ordinary life is shattered when he discovers a powerful, abandoned mecha called an AMAIM, which he names Kenbu. Guided by an autonomous AI named Gai, Amou joins a resistance movement to fight for his country's freedom.
