Series Analysis:
In the vibrant town of Sakurashin, humans and supernatural yokai live together in harmony. Protecting this delicate peace is the responsibility of the Yozakura Quartet, a group of young heroes with extraordinary abilities. The team is led by Hime, the town’s teenage mayor with immense strength. She is joined by Akina, a “tuner” who can send troublesome yokai back to their own dimension; Ao, a telepath who can read minds; and Kotoha, a half-yokai who can summon objects with just a word. Together, they defend their home from outside threats that seek to destroy the balance between the two worlds. This action-packed 2013 series is filled with stylish animation, thrilling supernatural battles, and compelling characters.
