Series Overview:
Shelly Romano is a girl from Migdal Ha'Emek who lives and breathes soccer. The passion for the game burns in her from a young age thanks to genetics. Shelley is the granddaughter of Shmuel "Checha" Romano, a former player and prominent coach from the 1970s and 1980s, and today the owner of "Checha's Borax", the most sporting meeting place in Migdal Ha'emek. Mine has a problem: she has reached an age where, according to the rules, she is no longer allowed to play in teams with boys and where she lives there is no girls' team to join her. Therefore, when she hears about a new league for children and youth for mixed boys-girls teams, she decides to form the "Aryot Hamek", a team in which she is the coach and the star. From here, Shelly and her new teammates embark on a journey against all odds in order to win the state championship.
