Series Overview:
Set in a near-future Japan, a new drug dubbed DOPE, is rampant on the streets and shrouded in secrecy. Rookie narcotics officer Saiki, suddenly gets transferred to a special investigation unit whose existence is not known to the public. He meets his new partner Jinnai, his mentor, but the two couldn't be more different - and it shows. Saiki, the serious one, believes in rehabilitating criminals, while Jinnai takes a looser, unconventional approach. Along with their quirky team, the two take on the country's new drug epidemic in this narcotics action-adventure.
