Series Overview:
The series goes through the story of the tragedy of the Rigopiano Hotel, on the slopes of the Gran Sasso in Abruzzo, struck by an avalanche that in the afternoon of January 18, 2017 almost completely destroyed it. Inside, in addition to the staff, were guests who had reached the hotel the previous evening with great difficulty, only to find themselves trapped inside because of heavy snowfall. The toll of the tragedy was twenty-nine victims and eleven survivors. But was it really only nature’s fault? A story that, nearly eight years later, still leaves many questions unanswered and few answers.
