The evil King Bowser has a sinister plan to capture the seven legendary Star Spirits, celestial beings whose combined power can grant ultimate invincibility. With the fate of the universe hanging in the balance, brothers Mario and Luigi must embark on a dangerous quest across strange and familiar lands.
