Deleting your account will permanently remove all records associated with your email address from the database. This includes your favorites watchlist, notification settings, entire episode watch history, delivery preferences, and Pushover/Discord configurations. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, though you are always welcome to sign up again in the future.
Before You Go: Export Your Watch History: Deletion is completely permanent. If you want to keep a personal archive of your tracked shows and episode history, I strongly recommend downloading a free copy of your data first using the Data Backup Utility. You can export your full library to CSV or JSON with a single click.
If you have an active Supporter or Super Supporter subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account to ensure Stripe stops processing recurring payments. You can view, manage, and cancel your active subscription directly on the Subscription page.
The easiest way to close your account is to use the self-service utility. To find it, navigate to your Account Preferences page and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Once you initiate the deletion process, the system will send a confirmation message to your registered email address to verify that you are the owner. Clicking the secure link inside that email will complete the final step and instantly wipe your entire history from the database.
Note: The automated deletion tool will prevent you from completing the process if you have an active paid subscription. Please make sure to cancel your subscription first, or submit a manual request below.
If you prefer, you can submit a manual deletion request by sending a message on the Contact page. Please include the email address associated with your profile. To prevent unauthorized deletions, I will send a confirmation request to that email address to verify ownership. Once verified, I will manually delete your account and all associated database records within 48 hours.
