Hail, Caesar! The whispers from the halls of power in ancient Rome (and the executive offices at MGM+) have been maddeningly quiet, but the anticipation for more of Livia Drusilla’s cunning reign is at a fever pitch! As of right now, MGM+ has not officially renewed Domina for a third season. While creators and fans alike are clamoring to see the continuation of Livia’s epic story following Season 2’s stunning finale, we are all in a tense waiting game for the official green light. The gods of television can be fickle, but our hopes remain high for another chapter!

Should the network grant us our wish for Season 3, we can look to the past for clues on a potential air date. Given the grand scale of the production and the roughly two-year gap between the first two seasons, an optimistic guess would place a potential Season 3 premiere sometime in the second half of 2025.
